Heaven on Earth: Yoga Revelation Through the Senses
(March 20-27, 2010)
At Pura Vida Spa in Costa Rica
with Laurel Hodory, kirtan wallah Mike Cohen and Cleveland yoga teacher Marni Task
Experience
An adventure into the nature of Costa Rica and the true nature of being! The ancient yoga teachings explain that our true nature is always available to us. But modern living and habitual patterns cause us to forget our essence. Through exploration and purification of the senses in postures, meditation, self-reflection, outdoor activities and energy practices—we shine the light of consciousness into the darkness to illuminate the path of our life’s purpose and meaning.
- sacred chant, live music during class and kirtan with Mike Cohen
- dynamic yoga, meditation and breathwork with Marni Task and Laurel Hodory
- quiet time for renewal
- free time for spa services**
- excursions to national parks, wonders and
eco-adventures** - new friendships and community
- more joy and radiance
**Fees for spa services and excursions are not included in the cost of the retreat. Yoga classes will be scheduled around excursions.
