Beginner Series: Ashtanga
This a vigorous & aerobic practice well-suited to athletic types or to students with some yoga experience who want a more physically challenging practice. You will learn how to flow through a set sequence of postures using techniques that stoke the inner fire and promote weight loss and mental fortitude.
Students will also learn the deeply relaxing and transformative practice of yoga nidra.
Beginner Series: Hatha
For all fitness levels. Inspired by the heart-centered teachings of Anusara yoga, this hatha yoga series is well-suited to those who want a slower and more detailed approach to learning yoga postures. Students will learn the Universal Principles of Alignment (of Anusara yoga) and how to apply them in all classes of postures. You’ll progressively increase your strength and flexibility.
Students should be able to easily go from standing to sitting on the floor and from sitting to standing. Come join this supportive group of new students and get the attention you need!
Beginner Drop-in
